Hotel business is a business related to the provision of professional services for accommodation and full domestic customer service in hotels. Depending on the comfort provided by the premises, the quantity and quality of social services, hotels have a different status.

It does not necessary to obtain a stable rate of return on a luxury 4 and 5 star apartments for success. Luxury hotels equipped with swimming pools, gyms, saunas, expensive furniture and restaurants with exquisite cuisine, often turn out to be unprofitable. The causes are many, but the most common are poor governance and economic part, the wrong personnel, errors in accounting related to taxation, the lack of consistency in the actions of the governing and subordinate staff.

You should always strive to have all the rooms, not in a specific season (many rely on summer) were filled, and throughout the year. We'll have to spend heavily on advertising organization, to conclude contracts with travel companies that will guide people to your hotel.
